Terms and Conditions for Vitadefence Ltd

1. Information About Us
We operate this website, which shall be referred to as “our site” in these terms and conditions. Vitadefence Ltd is a company registered in the UK, with our registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Contract Formation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order will only be confirmed when we send an email stating that your products have been dispatched, at which point a contract is formed.
4. Consumer Rights
You may cancel your order within seven (7) working days after receiving your products and receive a full refund, as outlined in our refunds policy below. To cancel, please inform us in writing and return the products in good condition at your own expense.
5. Availability and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within three (3) business days. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external circumstances.
6. Risk and Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products will only pass to you once we have received full payment, including any applicable delivery charges.
7. Price and Payment
Prices are listed on our site in UK pounds sterling (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at the time of order.
8. Refunds Policy
•Cooling-off period: If you cancel your order within the seven (7) day cooling-off period, we will process a full refund for the product price and any standard delivery charges, provided you return the product to us in its original condition and at your own expense. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned product.
•Faulty or defective products: If you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. We will examine the product and, if confirmed as faulty, provide a full refund including any delivery charges and reasonable costs incurred for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of our confirmation.
9. Warranty
Vitadefence Ltd warrants that products purchased from us will conform to their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for their intended purposes on delivery.
10. Liability
•Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
•We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income, business, or profits, except where prohibited by law.
•We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other circumstances in which liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Import Duty
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination country. •Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disasters.
•Inability to use public or private transport.
•Failure of telecommunications networks.
•Actions or decrees by any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed suspended for the duration of a Force Majeure Event, with an extension of time for performance equal to the duration of the event. We will take reasonable steps to resolve the Force Majeure Event and resume our obligations as soon as possible.
