Vitadefence® Omega 3-6-9 Multi combines fish oil, cold-pressed flaxseed oil, and sunflower seed oil in convenient gelatin capsules. Each capsule provides Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA, and ALA), Omega-6 (LA), Omega-9 (OA), and vitamin E.

• EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA & DHA)
