I have been taking these for almost two months now and have seen an improvement! I feel more focused my energy levels have improved and feel that I am getting the health benefits I wanted! They are very easy to swallow, you only need to take one each day with really suits me. You receive a four month supply in one tub so great value for money.

I love any supplement that comes in more than a 1 month supply, so this item with its 4 month supply per bottle already gets bonus points from me. When you combine this with the ultra low price it is an absolute essential at under £40 for a years supply! Bargain.

Just 1 capsule per day (some moringa is up to 4!). There are many benefits to this supplement, energy, immunity, and lesser known but it is pretty handy for weight training and fitness as well.

Obviously results will vary person to person and there is no such thing as a magic pill, but as part of a healthy lifestyle, this is a great supplement to add and at this price this items is a very strong contender!

Why did you choose this product over others?:
One free hand because the three-year-old is scaling the sofa again, the other gripping a marker that will not write on the whiteboard. That is usually when I prise open the little white pot of Vitadefence Siberian Ginseng. Each capsule holds 400 mg of plain root powder, no fillers, no maize starch, nothing a vegan would need to look up. It is bottled in the UK, under GMP standards, so I am happy to give it space in the same drawer as the plasters and gold-star stickers.

The lift arrives ten or fifteen minutes later. It is not a caffeine punch, more a polite nudge, like swapping a builder’s brew for a barista’s flat white. My thoughts stay tidy while I hop between phonics groups and referee the inevitable lunchtime football dispute. Better still, when the effect fades there is no hollow slump that follows a strong coffee. A slice of the price is funnelled to the Nourish Fund, which wins an instant gold star from this Cardiff teacher.

It is not all top marks. The capsules are fairly bulky, so I need a generous gulp of water, occasionally a bite of toast. The tub contains only sixty, meaning I am shopping for a new bottle almost as often as I replace dried-up glue sticks.

Even so, the steady energy, uncluttered ingredient list and charitable gesture make it worth the cupboard space. I would love either a slimmer pill or a bigger count, yet for now the pot sits proudly next to the tea bags, ready for the next afternoon dip.

Good to see ginseng as a supplement by itself as it's often rolled into a combination of things. My partner finds this useful for energy. It's easy to swallow and you get a good amount in the pack. Decent value for money if ginseng works for you.

I've been taking ginseng daily for a few years now and think it helps increase my energy.The serving size is 2 capsules daily, which gives you 800mg of ginseng and 15 days supply. The capsules are okay to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste.They are made in the UK in premises that adhere to GMP standards.The big deal with these is that they have no additives, nothing extra except the capsule shell which is vegetable cellulose.  Very impressed that they have no bulking agents or other nonsense.

I was inspired to try ginseng having read a book on the root and realising just how highly valued it was as a medicinal product but also how difficult it is to grow properly.

Taking ginseng root capsules is a very effective way to imbive ginseng without having to go through very complicated processes of steeping, the root overnight, etc.

These tablets are very easy to take, you only need to have one a day and they are easy to swallow and also digest, I didn't find any issues with taking the tablets, and certainly they did not upset my stomach.

I do think that I have a little more energy after taking these tablets, people do say that ginseng sometimes has similar effects to caffeine on the body without any of the bad side effects. I certainly have found using them to be effective in giving me a bit more energy, particularly first thing in the morning after I try them.

It's a decent value pack, so I think that you get good value for money from them, certainly as it seems to be particularly high quality ginseng. I'm also particularly impressed that they are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to try ginseng for it s possible health benefits.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with this product. It gives you almost instant clean energy, similar to a coffee but without the jittery feeling. Usually when a product says take 2 daily I will take 3 or 4 because I'm a fairly large male but with how strong these are I'm going to stick at the recommended dose for now. Very good

What I like most about this product is the fact there are no additives, has very clean look and I have already noticed my energy/focus levels have increased. Highly recommend 😁

I've been taking this Siberian ginseng supplement for a few weeks now, and the difference in my energy and focus is incredible! I feel more alert throughout the day without any jitters or crashes. It also seems to help with stress and overall well-being. Great quality and easy to take—highly recommend!

I have only been taking these for a few days so not yet time to see how well they support my cognitive function and alertness and whether they give me a smooth, sustained energy and mental clarity. I am not good at taking capsules so have been empting them into a spoonful of my breakfast smoothies which makes them easy to take - and gives the spoonful a lovely green tinge.
If they do improve (support?) my mental clarity and energy I will be sure to come back and mention this but I guess it will take a few weeks to really take effect. If they do then at about £0.08 a day they will be very good value.

I’m impressed with Vitadefence’s Siberian Ginseng! The pure, no-additives formula really caught my attention since many supplements use bulking agents. I'm not qualified to comment on the effectiveness of taking these or other spirulina supplements, although I have taken them for much of my life.

Often spirulina is supplied in tablet form, which can crumble easily and stain things green. As these are in a capsule form, this issue is avoided. The tablets are tasteless and odourless

The capsules are easy to swallow and are a convenient way to add spirulina to one's diet.
Dosage is one capsule per day, so they are good value.

.Despite these being very easy to swallow, and without any discernible smell or taste, I can’t really tell if they are working. I have not noticed any particular changes to my energy levels yet, nor to my concentration or mental sharpness. I really do think with any kind of supplements you need to be taking them for a month or two before you notice any significant difference or changes.

I got this Siberian Ginseng because I read about its potential health benefits like boosting energy, sharpening mental focus, and supporting physical stamina.
As with all supplements, do your own research or consult a specialist, as not all might be good for you—I’m just sharing my experience.
I just started taking these, so I can’t say about benefits yet, but the capsules are easy to swallow, about the usual size for supplements like this, and I haven’t noticed any side effects so far.
4/5 stars—seems promising, but I’ll need more time to see results.

This has a vaguely earthy smell to it, which is usual for Siberian ginseng. It isn’t overpowering, and I haven’t noticed any aftertaste.

 As Siberian ginseng can be very stimulating, this is best taken first thing in the morning.

I find the capsules easy enough to swallow with water.

This is pure Siberian ginseng in powdered form, inside a vegetable cellulose capsule.
