All Vitadefence® products include free standard tracked shipping across the UK.
Please note that partner products may have different pricing and shipping terms, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Dispatch & Fulfilment
Vitadefence® products are fulfilled directly by Vitadefence®.
Partner products are fulfilled and dispatched by the respective brands.
If you place an order containing items from multiple brands, separate shipping may apply, as products are sent from different locations.
To ensure fast and reliable delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two working days, depending on delays, holidays, or weekends.
European Union (EU) Shipping
We ship to all EU countries with the following terms:
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days (tracked shipping)
- Pricing: All prices include VAT for your country
- IOSS Registration: We are IOSS registered — no additional customs fees for orders under €150
- Tracking: Provided for all orders
Priority Markets
- Netherlands: 3-7 business days with optimized fulfillment
- Spain: 5-10 business days with local carrier options
EU Returns
- 30-day return policy applies to all EU orders
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
