Shipping Information

All Vitadefence® products include free standard tracked shipping across the UK. Please note that partner products may have different pricing and shipping terms, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations via Royal Mail.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions
  • International orders typically take 5-10 business days for delivery (varies by destination)
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country

Dispatch & Fulfilment

Vitadefence® products are fulfilled directly by Vitadefence®.

Partner products are fulfilled and dispatched by the respective brands.

If you place an order containing items from multiple brands, separate shipping may apply, as products are sent from different locations.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two working days, depending on delays, holidays, or weekends.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions
  • Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery
  • Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable

EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Vitadefence® offers an extended 30-day return window for all customers, including those in the EU, providing even greater flexibility.

How to Return (EU Customers)

  1. Contact us at info@vitadefence.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Return items in original, unused condition with all packaging
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  4. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items
  5. Refund issued to original payment method in original currency

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
