Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on vitadefence.com. Orders on this Site are shipped within the United Kingdom only. If you are based in the Netherlands, please visit vitadefence.nl; if you are based in Spain, please visit vitadefence.es.

1. UK delivery

• Free standard tracked shipping on every UK order.
• Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 48® — aims to deliver in 2-3 working days from dispatch (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays).
• Tracking link is sent by email as soon as your parcel is collected by Royal Mail.
• No minimum order value, no signature required at the door.

2. Dispatch

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving payment.
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or UK public holiday are processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order leaves us.

3. Failed delivery, missing parcels and address errors

• If Royal Mail attempts delivery and you are not home, they will leave a card and (depending on the route) attempt redelivery, leave the parcel at a safe place or hold it at your local Delivery Office for collection.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please check with your neighbours and your local Delivery Office first, then email info@vitadefence.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with Royal Mail.
• It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a redelivery charge may apply).

4. Statutory delivery deadline

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless we agree otherwise with you we will deliver your goods within 30 days of the day after the order is placed. If we fail to deliver within that period, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
