Welcome to Vitadefence®. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vitadefence.com (the “Site”) and any orders you place with us. By using the Site, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

Our products are food supplements manufactured in the United Kingdom to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.

We take great care to ensure the information on the Site is accurate, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• If we identify a pricing or product error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• You can correct input errors before placing the order on the cart and checkout pages.

5. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (right to cancel within 14 days). 6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photos, layout, and the Vitadefence® trademark — is owned by Vitadefence Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability and we do not endorse them.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by UK law — including your statutory rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
