Vitamins and minerals per 100g: Vitamin C - 470mg Vitamin B6 - 12mg Amino Acids per 100g: Leucine - 35g Isoleucine - 17.6g Valine - 17.6g Other ingredient per 100g: Citrulline Malate - 11.8g A total of 5.6g BCAA per serving. Dosage
Mix 1 flat scoop powder (8g) to 250ml of water or juice during or after exercise. Consume once daily. Powder settles over time, so we recommend weighing the serving for the most accurate measure.
